Can I run?

Ok so I've never been a great runner but I've done the gnr north east a few times. I've now been told I've got Hypermobile ankles (I knew there was an issue) and been told only to run 'for my life' lol! Is this true or can I do it within reason? Like with ankle supports etc? I've got autoimmune arthritis too so have to be careful but just would love to try it again. I think mentally it would help me too.
Anyone with similar issues or advice?

Why don't you book in with a physio and get a bit more advice they would certainly be able to look at ankle supports for you might be worth a visit for advice on exercises to try and maintain strength too x
