A six pack, four pack or a party seven!
I'm heading rapidly to fifty and thought this could be my midlife crisis! Cheaper than a porsche and less upsetting than an affair.
I'm a pear and you can sort of see a hint of abdominal muscle occasionally in a good light, so hopefully achievable. I think I'lll need to lose 10lb and up my exercise considerably. So doing half an hour HIIT circuits 5 times a week , starting couch to 5k (I'm crap at running) cutting white carbs and sugar and drinking water instead of wine.
I'm taking a before pic on Monday. Ugh.
Anyone done it and has advice? Or anyone fancy joining me?
