I am signed up for the Royal parks half marathon in October which is about 12 weeks away. I have been running since March and have got up to 10k although that was a few weeks ago. I can fairly comfortably do 7k at the moment. I want something easy to follow that will get me round. I am not worried about time, I just want to be confident of finishing. If anyone can recommend a plan that would be really helpful. Thanks.
