Have booked a relatively last minute holiday and need some advice on toning up. I used to be in much better shape but (poor excuse) work and bad habits got in the way and although the majority of my summer clothes still fit, I am definitely much more wobbly.

I am a size 10-12 but was more of an 8-10 previously.

Any diet/exercise tips for the next 24 days would be much appreciated!!

30 day shred (videos on youtube) and very low carb very low calorie diet along with drinking tons of water. I speak as a size 16 who regularly uses the combination of the above to shrink to a relatively toned 14 for special occasions. It disappears as soon as you stop but if you're looking for a quick fix it's brilliant.
