Have booked a relatively last minute holiday and need some advice on toning up. I used to be in much better shape but (poor excuse) work and bad habits got in the way and although the majority of my summer clothes still fit, I am definitely much more wobbly.
I am a size 10-12 but was more of an 8-10 previously.
Any diet/exercise tips for the next 24 days would be much appreciated!!
