No, not the snack, but the exercise? Is it easy? I haven't hips to speak of which I fear may limit my success. Has anyone successfully integrated hoola hooping into their fitness regime? Does it really work? Would be interested to hear your experiences!

I have a weighted hula hoop by Power Hoop. I get on well with it. It bruises you the first few times you use it but you get over that and it does help your core. I'm not hugely 'hippy' either and manage fine, it's about controlling the movement.

I use a powerhoop too. You don't need hips as the hoop spins on your waist. It is good for toning the whole midsection. It took me a wee while to get the hang of it but some others take to it naturally. I go to powerhoop classes at the sports centre
