Left inner thigh and groin

My left inner thigh and groin is really tight. I've just started exercising again and am finding stretching post exercise difficult on this side because of the tightness. Any tips on how to loosen this area up. The right side is normal.

Yoga can be helpful with this, at my yoga class for runners we do positions for this. Perhaps you could google some, my descriptive powers are not great! I use a foam roller in the evening on any days I have exercised and it helps a lot too.

Yes to yoga. Butterfly pose would be a good start.

Trying doing some stretching every day, not just after exercise and I also recommend a foam roller.
