On longer runs?
It's the toe beside my big toe, on both feet.
Every time I do a long run its sore for a few days afterwards, feels very bruised and sore to touch. It's not actually turned black though (ever, I don't think ) and doesn't seem to be at risk of coming off. But ouch! It feels very sore to touch.
Does this happen to anyone else and ids there any way of stopping it?
My nails are pretty short so don't think it's that, although I have long toes which might be making it a bit worse.
