What's it like? Do many non super fit types run it for "fun"?
I'm thinking of signing up but a bit scared! Only run one half before (Royal Parks which is totally flat) so concerned that I will die/bugger my knees. To give an idea of my fitness level I did Royal Parks in about 2:44 iirk.. I'm not competitive about running at all (had never even timed myself prior to the actual race day) but would be a bit humiliated if I came last by miles!
Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated !
