How to stay motivated? Please help me!

I try to do 15,000-20,000 steps a day but for the past 3 days I've been ill and today I feel awful and I just can't seem to get moving. I have a horrible cough and it's freezing cold outside but I need to go! Someone please give me a kick up the bum!

Yesterday I only just got 10,000 steps in and did no other exercise and I know if I don't do any today either I will just be on that slippery slope to giving up.

Why not set a lower target while you're still feeling rough and gently increase as you get better.

When you're ill you shouldn't really do anything too strenuous . Rest until
You are well then crack on. Trying now when you feel terrible will make you feel worse.
