3 years ago I lost just over 20kg (3 stone) with WeightWatchers. 2 years ago I took up running and have done everything up to a half marathon. I run 3 times per week. My weight is bang in the middle of the healthy BMI range. All good so far.

The problem I have is with all that left-over skin which folds over the waistband of whatever I am wearing so that I end up getting chaffing, sores and scabs. Nothing I have tried has tightened up the skin, so I'm pretty sure I'm stuck with it. Any advice on what I can do to stop this problem. With summer coming up I'd rather not have saggy skin, stretch marks AND scabs all over my belly.

How about buying an all in one lycra playsuit, or even a swimming costume, so it holds everything in and smooths it down? Then just wear a pair or shorts and sports top or whatever.

Or a lycra running suit, like triathletes?

Try an anti chaffing product like glide or lanacane.
