I need a little motivational help.
Just as background, I have an almost 2yr old and still have not lost the "baby weight." Before I became pregnant I was very fit and while I kept up the exercise during pregnancy still managed to gain a whopping 50lbs! (I'm 5'2").
I know exactly what I need to do and how to do it to lose weight but just cannot motivate myself to do anything about it!
What are your top tips for just getting the exercise done and not over eating?
