Restless legs....arghhhhh

5 weeks into bootcamp, go 3x weekly.

Previously been into crossfit etc so I'm used to working out.

However this is the first time I have suffered from restless legs at night.

I would earn a place in river dance if Michael flatly could see me at night Grin

How can I stop it? I need to sleep!

I found a weird tip on the internet that I tried with my husband. Put a bar of soap in your bed and keep it there. It has worked for DH but we don't know why. Plus his side of the bed smells of violets now, which is nice.
