I just did the 30 day shred and had to stop 3 times. I found some parts really difficult and others bits really easy. I weigh just over 16 stone, am a size 20 and haven't done any form of exercise in well over a year. Doesn't help that my job means I sit at a desk all day. I want to lose a stone in the next 6 weeks by doing some form of exercise everyday and watching what I eat. Is this achievable?
