Exercise third trimester

Last pregnancy I was swimming lots but for various reasons I can't this time.
I am doing pilates once a week and going to the gym 1/2 times, doing 30-40mins on Xtrainer and some gentle weights - getting bit repetitive though! Can't do more than 10mins on treadmill due to mild spd - any suggestions on third trimester workouts to get variety??
