I need new gym trainers

I've been fitted for running trainers (neutral), but they're not cutting it for HIIT classes.
Need something springy and shock absorbing.
Any suggestions for narrow feet? Or is just a case of trying them on an bouncing around the shop?

I have saloman xr shift 2 they are a half way house between a road shoe and a trail shoe not massively springy but great for changing direction at speed during body attack/combat. I see loads of different types of shoe in classes I think yu might have to jump about in some to find what you like

I have narrow feet and have north face ultra trail running shoes (via tk maxx) which are brilliant for bouncy classes-I do body combat and insanity in them.

Ooh I hadn't thought of trail shoes, I was thinking more cross trainers.
I shall have an investigate.
