if so have you started training and how is it going?

We have a team from MNHQ, very much place marking, none of us have started yet...

Been doing a bit on the treadmill but will start with the training programme on Sunday, most of our long walks seem to be aiming for pubs!

Me! No walking training happening here, running is going ok but guess I need to do long walks too (panics slightly)
