I'm trying to lose some weight and get some exercise back into my routine.
I've lost a stone since Jan, just low carbing and calorie counting, and that came off very easily, luckily. I am aiming to shed another stone, but am in no rush so have set myself a target of June to reach my ideal weight (64 kg for 174 cm).
I am trying to get some exercise into my week, but my circumstances have changed: I now have to be able to do my exercise at home, in the evenings. I have looked at what I have at my disposal from pre-children days (when running and yoga were my favourite things):
an exercise bike
a weighted hulahoop
a 6 kg kettlebell
a skipping rope
a couple of those stretchy resistance belts
What would you do with these things if you had to create an efficient workout lasting approximately 45 minutes?
