Any suggestions as to how I can motivate my 16 y old son to be more active?
I have a fitbit flex myself but not sure it provides enough motivation/ rewards for technology-savy teenagers.
Is there a fitness tracker out there that perhaps links your exercise goals to some sort of competitive game?

There is a zombies app for exercising - walking or running.

The best young male athletes I know are almost all footballers. Great if you could find a 'for fun' side that will take all comers.

Can you help him to find a sport that he'd enjoy? Something unusual like climbing or fencing if he doesn't enjoy regular sports at school?
