Had an elcs 5 weeks ago, I don't have my post natal check for another 3 weeks but am keen to try and get back into something in the next week or 2.
I have been walking for about 20mins everyday at a normal pace and am fine with that
I need to lose about 2 stone and tone up everywhere but unsure what exercise is best - not a fan of running or the gym and not keen to get into a swimsuit but I do enjoy classes just not sure what to go for
