I want to get back into exercise after having a baby a few months ago but finding going back to body combat and body attack a bit too much. Too much jumping etc and feels like the world is about to fall out of my nether regions. Is body step easier? Lower impact? Am desperate to shift this flab.

Considering doing a 45 min class but dunno if it will feel too short as am used to the full hour. Is everything just condensed or do they just miss out the bit at the end?

No, I would say there's more jumping in Bodystep - on and over the bench. What about spinning, if you want cardio? Or Bodypump, no jumps there.

For 45 minute format, a couple of tracks are left out.

I'd agree with Katharina - I don't like "jumping about" classes because I have poor co-ordination and balance because of a medical condition, but BodyPump feels like a proper workout to me.
