I've been doing Fitness Blender HIIT and weights videos. I was wearing my old knackered and cushioned Saucony running shoes but they are pretty sloppy and now I'm having pains in my left knee and crackles in both knees.
What shoes should I get for HIIT? And can anyone suggest a good shop in London where I could go to try some on?
