The Rat Race

I'M going to sign up for the Rat Race since I have gotten into OCRs.
Has anyone else done it? 20 miles and loads of obsticles.

Also, I want to raise money for Refuge. How would be best to go about that?

Not done, and no desire to... but Burghley Park is lovely!

You could just set up a JustGiving page - home.justgiving.com/ - and send the link via email, Facebook etc?
