Can anyone recommend me a 30 minute (ish) workout I can do in the 6-6:30 a.m. slot? The Shred is the most effective thing I've ever done, but I've been procrastinating about restarting it for 3 months and just had a lightbulb moment as to why: I'm VERY VERY BORED with it. It's all very well being in pain for 30 minutes but bored and in pain adds insult to injury. I'd love to find something else that delivers similar results in a fresh way and then possibly alternative them - come tell me your faves.
