like the Shred but not the Shred

Can anyone recommend me a 30 minute (ish) workout I can do in the 6-6:30 a.m. slot? The Shred is the most effective thing I've ever done, but I've been procrastinating about restarting it for 3 months and just had a lightbulb moment as to why: I'm VERY VERY BORED with it. It's all very well being in pain for 30 minutes but bored and in pain adds insult to injury. I'd love to find something else that delivers similar results in a fresh way and then possibly alternative them - come tell me your faves.

Shaun T's Focus T25 is excellent (although v pricey, unfortunately). 25 min workouts. More cardio-focussed and much, much faster paced than the shred. There are 3 rounds/cycles - alpha and beta (which come in a pack together), and gamma - the latter is a bit more similar to shred in its strength focus with cardio intervals. Roughly similar in difficulty level overall I'd say.

Oh and have you tried ripped in 30? It's another JM one, same format as shred, probably slightly harder. Depends how different you want to go from the shred!

Ooh thanks - will check that out too. I like the Shred, I've just got to the point where I can recite the whole soundtrack along with JM so must change!

I've heard tell of some Yoga workout too - any views?
