So 9 months after giving birth i feel like i'm back into a routine at the gym.
But somethings missing a gym partner, I used to work out with my DH but now we take childcare in turns while the other is at the gym.
So I was wondering if anyone would like to start a virtual accountability group maybe a few people and we set goals weekly and have regular check ins
A bit about me: Love weights seriously it's my own form of meditation - I was the crazy person at the gym lifting weights until a week before I gave birth (supervised of course)
Fav exercise : Squats
would like to improve on my cardio levels ( i get bored doing cardio lol)
