I was on the Tube yesterday afternoon and noticed a couple of women who had serious guns, I mean, I've got major gun envy now! I've got quite shapely arms still in spite of being overweight, because I do lift, but these were like...guns!
anyhow, I noticed they were both wearing wristbands with something on and thought "oh I will look that up because it sounds like the name of a workout". Of course, now I can't blooming remember what it said. It was "Muscle Something" and it did look like a brand and sounded like the name of a workout.
I love finding new workouts so if this is one, I wonder if any MNers can identify it?
