Recommend some DVDs please

For exercise obviously!

DS is 11 weeks old and I have a 3.5yr old DD. DP and I need to lose some weight (around a stone each), tone up and improve fitness in general. We want to try to do this using fitness DVDs at home.

I would also like to do some pilates to improve my core strength as I have started pole dancing.

What would you recommend? We hope to do them 2-3 times a week (probably having to take turns because of DCs and work) and would like to be able to build up intensity as required.

30 day shred by Jillian Michaels is fab. Three workouts of 25 mins each. I usually do it around three times per week and have got a lot more toned.
