For exercise obviously!
DS is 11 weeks old and I have a 3.5yr old DD. DP and I need to lose some weight (around a stone each), tone up and improve fitness in general. We want to try to do this using fitness DVDs at home.
I would also like to do some pilates to improve my core strength as I have started pole dancing.
What would you recommend? We hope to do them 2-3 times a week (probably having to take turns because of DCs and work) and would like to be able to build up intensity as required.
