Does anyone remember this?

I've dusted off the 10 years younger in 10 hours book, have measured myself and have just done my second session.

It worked wonder for me as a student. I lost 3 inches from my hips in a month so have decided it's time again. I'd forgotten how much it hurts though!

It's not popular these days but I remember it being so effective. I'll be interested to see what effect it has this time. I'm slimmer than I was then but in dire need of some toning up.

I'm going to do it religiously every day for 4 weeks until I go on holiday.

Let me know how you get on, I can remember how quickly it toned me up before.

I love it! I have the 30 Days to a Beautiful Body book but have never made it to the end. I've been trying to get back into it to help my backache.

Hi

I have never heard of this before, how many minutes do you have to do it for and how often to get results?

also is it abit like pilates?

Read this thread a few days ago and looked up what callinetics involves. Really interested in trying it as a way to tone up as I can no longer use the weights at the gym due to a really bad whiplash after an rta. I've ordered the DVD from Amazon...let me know how you all get on!
