Slight delay in creating a July thread - here it is.

Body Rev phase 3 week 12 workout 11 done. One more workout to go and I've finished Body Rev. Today was a bit half-arsed, sadly - it was just too hot to work really hard.

Tonight I doubled up and did 2 levels of 30DS:
L1D1 + L3D6

I expect I'll really feel it tomorrow...

Have been doing Killer Body, Hard Body and NMTZ as mood takes me. Am enjoying Killer Body...upper body workout is great!

I doubled up again this evening. So 30DS L1D2 + L3D7.

Anyone got any recommendations for which DVD I should try once I've finished L3 of 30DS.

NMTZ? RI30? 6W6P? Something else?

Oubliette, I moved to Ri30 after 30DS. It's the most structurally similar and caries on roughly from your level.

I did the cardio from One Week Shred yesterday. I was as red as a carp afterwards. Only the abs workout from Ballet Beautiful this evening though as very short on time.

Well, this has all been a bit shambolic. Been away for work - late nights, early mornings, general mayhem - so I managed to do Yoga Meltdown twice in five days and nothing else. Then last night I got home and planned to get back to the usual routine, but DS was up in the night with a bad dream, so I didn't get up early enough this morning and ended up doing Killer Abs L2 with DS and DH buzzing around me, while also trying to make cakes for DS's end-of-term party. Not good. Must try to get properly back on the wagon tomorrow.

Oubliette, I second the recommendation for RI30. It is evil, though - L1 is OK and then L2 is a killer.

30DS L1D3 + L3D8.

Looks like I need to get hold of a copy of Ri30 for next week then.

Anyone tried killer buns and thighs? I'm wondering whether to get the 2 DVD set or not.

Nearly there with 30DS - just done L3D9 (preceded by L1D4 as a warm-up). Hoping to finish my 30 days of shredding tomorrowSmile

Well done, Oubliette! I haven't done Killer Bs and Ts, but I have done Killer Abs and can report that it is nothing special.

I did workout one of Kickbox Fastfix this evening. I really like how it is literally twenty minutes.

Yoga Meltdown L1 done again. I also tried the abs workout from Ballet Beautiful - dear God, is it horrific! Longest 8 minutes I've had for a very long time. I can cope fine with all Jillian's abdominal exercises, but this nearly did for me. I'm going to be in pain tomorrow.

Well done Oubliette! I haven't done KB&T, I'm afraid, but other posters on previous threads have been positive about it. I'm on holiday next week but will try Killer Body when I get back and report on here - it's arrived in the post.

I did it! 30DS L3D10 completed (with L1D5 as a warm up) Grin

Off to take an 'after' photo before I forget. Think I might have a couple of days off before moving on to a different DVD next week...

Wow, congratulations, Oubliette! Those are great results.

I did Yoga Meltdown L2 yesterday: I also started the Ballet Beautiful arms workout and gave up five minutes in - I can't do 15 minutes of swan arms! I've always been a ballet fan but I have even greater respect for the dancers now.

On holiday now for a week: I'll have a go at Killer Body when I come back.

I'm just going to do D5 L1 of the shred. I've done the shred L1 and 2 a few times but never made it to level 3. I decided that this summer I'm going to try to do the full 30 days-I'm trying to do it every second day at the moment.

Oh heck, I'm back after falling hard off the wagon, did another level 3 today after a long break (maybe a week or more) as I had my first cold in about two years and was floored by it. Glad to get back to it. Well done Oubliette on doubling up Jill, awesome work.

Glad to see I'm not the only one to have had my ass handed to me by Swan Arms! Her voice is so smilingly calm - definitely a case of killing me softly!

I've switched DVD. Just done Ri30 W1D1. Not sure about it yet - my calves feel really tight during the cardio. I'll keep persevere for a bit and see how I get on...

Today I did 30DS L1D6 and 6W6P L1D1.

Just me at the moment? Seems quiet here...

Today I did 30DS L1D7 (as a warm-up Grin), and then Ri30 W1D2.

I think tomorrow might be a rest day - I'm going out for dinner (and can't work out how to fit Jillian into my day).

I've lost all my motivation the last week. On Monday, I did Killer Abs level three, but turned it off before the last circuit. Today I tried to do a level of Kickbox Fastfix, but turned it off before it even started.

I don't know what is wrong with me.

I'll try to get up early and do something so you have some company, Oubliette!

I did D6 L1 of the shred yesterday and plan to do D7 tomorrow. It does get easier after a few goes. Hopefully I be able to do 2 sessions in a row eventually.

Well done mmack - keep going.

I did 25 days of 30DS before I started doubling up. It definitely gets easier - I find that knowing the moves helps (I think this is partly why the first couple of days at any given level hurt so much).

Can I join in? DD2 is 9w and I got 30ds out today. I've done 20 odd days before pre-dc so I know it works pretty quickly if I can stick with it.

I was a mess though, I was only using 410g tins of spaghetti and my shoulders ached! Surely hauling around a 12kg toddler gives you a certain amount of muscle?!

DD1 is at home tomorrow, I'm going to try and get her to do it with me Grin

Can I join?
Did day 2 of level 1 30DS today. I've never gone past L2 before. I felt like giving up during the jumping jacks warm up but once I got into it, I felt fine when I'd finished. I've been running and had been doing Callanetics (but fallen off that wagon) so not completely unfit. But still. I hate Jillian and her telling me not to phone it in.

(Not really. I love Jillian and the routine. It just hurts)

L1D2 this morning. DD tried to climb on my back during push ups Hmm

Embarrassingly it was all a struggle having done it yesterday, my legs only had about 15 seconds of jumping jacks in them before I felt like collapsing!

Well done to the new people joining. It's harder than ever at the start, but it does get easier (and more fun) if you stick at it.
