hi all
I had a Les Mills Combat DVD from Amazon but it was faulty. I got it at a bargain price and it's no longer available.

I'd like to find a similar workout but I can't see what is the same pace. Davina, Jillian are too slow. I was wondering if anyone had tried Tae Bo (Billy Blanks) as that looks better from youtube clips? I could do without really cheesy music though. Any recommendations?

I tend to use these on bad weather days and I like for them to be pretty energetic and well balanced between upper and lower body. I also have to be careful as I'm in a flat, so not too much running about, more punching and kicking at speed.

Thanks for any ideas.

I've done lots of tae-bo and find the earlier releases to be the best (everybody get ripped I think is one title and is really good).
