it sounds a bit indulgent even to me but my life is without yoga and don't think I can keep up with my old hot yoga classes (it's taking ages to get better from hyperthyroidism)
just wondering if anyone cared to share what they get out of one-to-one sessions, how frequently they have them etc

?Hi Poppy, sorry I can't help on the subject of one to one yoga (lost my yoga mojo!) but according to this thread here:
www.mumsnet.com/Talk/exercise/2384294-A-topic-for-YOGA-Would-anyone-here-be-interested?pg=2&order=?
A dedicated yoga thread is imminent so that might be a good place to ask?
Namaste ?:)

I am still plodding along and navigating through blisters mostly
sorry to hear that your recovery is slow going:(
fwiw I had a few one to one sessions with a pilates teacher and found it quite helpful...suspect it depends somewhat on whether the teacher is someone that you are able to 'connect' with
