hands free leads for running with dog??

does anyone have any experience of running with a dog on a hands free lead? Any use and any particular brands? Thanks

I don't run with my dogs but I've had stuff made my Indi-Dog before and it's all been fabulous quality. I know she makes a walking belt.

There's also a thread on a dog forum I frequent which has reviews of various equipment, including walking/running belts.

I use a halti training lead which is extra long, tied round my waist.
