Which Jillian dvd after Shred?

I really like 30 Day Shred but am looking for more variety and wondered if you recommend any other of her workout DVDs?

I especially like that the Shred ones aren't too long, and ideally after ones not too hard on the knees.

All advice appreciated Smile

I like ripped in 30. I think it's a tiny bit harder than the shred, but still only 30 minutes and your fitness keeps on increasing. 'No more trouble zones' is a great, thorough work out (resistance rather than cardio) but it's an hour long so I used to only do that at the weekend.

Have you finished the shred now? Or just tired of knowing all the words? Smile

Thanks for the advice!

I'm not finished shred but after doing each level a few times I find I'm less motivated when I know what's coming what to fear

How many workouts is ripped in 30?

I've done shred and ripped (ripped is 4 levels and you do a week of each). I much prefer shred, found ripped too complicated- someone on an Amazon review said it was like rubbing your stomach and patting head at the same time and I agree.

I've also done 6 week sixpack which I love, that's got 2 levels and each workout lasts around 40 mins. Banish fat boot metabolism is another good one, pretty much pure cardio and it really gets you sweating! I've also done no more trouble zones but I didn't like this one, can't remember why...

I like to mix them up, that way I often forget what's to come!

If you search on youtube some are available there.

Yeah I find ripped more complicated (im on week 2), but I think its lower impact, and I do have to adapt some of the moves as im so uncoordinated. Its still a lot easier to follow than a lot of exercise videos Ive tried

cuddingandpustard · 22/06/2015 17:04

Yes its definitely lower impact, I sweat more from shred than ripped. Gotta love Jillian though!

There is an ultimate shred which is a step up.

Thanks! I might look into Ripped in that case as my poor knees aren't in good nick at present
