How do you motivate yourself? Or rather how do I? I did 20 days of 30 day shred- loved it, lost inches, felt fitter, enjoyed the post-workout feeling - then we went away for a weekend and that was a month ago
. I made a half-hearted attempt to restart ten days ago and promptly went down with tonsillitis, so that was abandoned. Seriously wtf is wrong with me?? I KNOW the positives but I just cannot seem to chisel my bum off the sofa....
