Very predictably I would love to be toned and fabulous in my bikini on holiday in 10 weeks time.
I'm running a half marathon during the summer and have been training for that running 3 times per week. What could I add in to complement this? Was thinking about the shred perhaps? I'm not in bad shape - need to loose about 4lbs but have been gradually loosing weight through running/watching what I eat. I'd really like to tone and flatten my tum in particular as well as just generally get into good shape.
