Felt my foot ping on a 11km run nearly 5 week ago now, Lots and lots and lots of rest so bored desperate to get out
Over a week completly pain free.
Yesterday had gait analysis done and bought new trainers
I was doing 8-10km 3 times a week, My question is how should i start back? I runin a group that do 8-10km 3 times a week sowondering how long will take me to get back with them..... TIA
