I have been doing 8-10k on the treadmill but went out and did 10.6k in 65 minutes on Monday.
Weather permitting I plan on trying to get out tomorrow but if its hammering down I will do a shorter run on the treadmill and get out on Sunday.
Is anyone else at this sort of stage with a 10k. Do you do any other exercise or just run. I have only been running lately as its what I enjoy, although I do the 7 minute workout a couple of times on non gym/running days. How many times a week do you do 10k? I don't think I could manage it more than twice as its hard going so was thinking 2x 10k and then 1x 5k
