Help! I hurt!!

Hi I went to the gym with my friend on Sunday afternoon and used machines I've never used before. We did a lot on weights with my arms and legs to see what I could manage, he probably pushed me abit too far! I hurt so bad i can hardly move, with 2 young children to look after I'm struggling! Any tips on how to ease this pain up!? Thank you!!

I would suggest a warm bath, that will help to relax the muscles- though that might be hard if your looking after children.

Try and keep moving though and stretching to stop the tight feeling. You should be back to normal in a few days ( just in time for your next session!) Grin
