I haven't started properly exercising since dd2; because I'm just 6 weeks postpartum. However, while my limbs are quite toned still from daily life. (Walks, carrying toddler etc). I seem to have some love handles going on, and a mini layer of fat on my lower stomach. (Wierdly it seems to be quite toned under the fat layer Hmm )

Basically I want to know if these areas will get sorted when I start properly exercising again. Or is the only way to lose the fat, to lose weight? Even though I don't actually need to lose any weight.

Can anyone advise?

My figure has changed loads since number 2, even though I'm pre pregnancy weight. Doing weights has been the best thing for toning though normal exercise I used to do didn't have enough effect this time round! Good luck!
