I haven't started properly exercising since dd2; because I'm just 6 weeks postpartum. However, while my limbs are quite toned still from daily life. (Walks, carrying toddler etc). I seem to have some love handles going on, and a mini layer of fat on my lower stomach. (Wierdly it seems to be quite toned under the fat layer
)
Basically I want to know if these areas will get sorted when I start properly exercising again. Or is the only way to lose the fat, to lose weight? Even though I don't actually need to lose any weight.
Can anyone advise?
