We recently got a trampoline and I've been on it a couple of times (secretly, with no one looking) and now my back, in line with my bra strap, is hurting. I was moving my arms as per the diagram that came with the trampoline.
Could that have done it do you think?

I only ever use ours as a sun lounger- I recommend it Grin

Doesn't the netting give you a funny tan shesparkles? You should try bouncing. It was good fun when I did it yesterday!

We live dangerously -13' trampoline and no netting Grin (purely because when we got it 10 years ago when ds was 3, he would have seen ricocheting off the nets as an added thrill, so he was taught very strict rules which amazingly he stuck to!)

As for bouncing, I'm an o eyesight almost 45 year old with 2 kids-it's safer if I don't Grin

Eyesight? That would be overweight!

I was wondering. Smile
But surely the trampling with help with the weight wouldn't it?
And you'd have fun.
