It turns out after months of limping around on a bad foot that I have a torn the ligament in my foot, added to an improperly healed shattered metatarsal and my foot is about ss useful as a choc teapot! Im awaiting a referral to physio but the consultant told me non weight bearing exercise would help (im overweight atm so need to lose some weight take some pressure off the ankle or brokenness)
He recommended swimming or exercise bike. Theres no way im putting on a swim suit and getting in a pool so exercise bike it needs to be.
A quick search on amazon showed me millions so any recommendations? Doesn't need to fold as can go in spare room but would like something that I can perhaps start easy yet be able build up over time.
