Does anyone know of any online walking fitness plan programmes.
Not sure if I've explained correctly but I'm looking to loose about a stone in weight through walking. I had heard that you have to do five one hour walks per week in order to seriously loose weight. This would be just about do able for me I was just looking for some guidance online or a book.
Also, do people still power walk these days. I don't see anyone in my local area doing it - running seems to be popular though and I have tried the c2k a couple of times but had to give up after 2/3 weeks each time due shin splints and sore thighs.
