When do you fit your exercise in?

At the moment I manage 3 gym visits a week along with trying to do exercises like sit ups, squats and lunges in the house in between.
I have been doing this for 3 months now and one of my motivations is to over come bulimia. Although i don't exercise obsessively, it is important to me as I feel if I don't keep up with my routine then i Could slip back into unhealthy ways of making myself sick or skipping meals. Plus I genuinely enjoy exercising as it helps me switch off and I like the changes I am seeing in my body.
I worry that I won't always be able to fit in my gym visits as I have a busy life-I am a single mum, I work, go to college 2 nights and one day a week and do mobile beauty therapy work in addition to my part time job as and when I get the clients. Therefore I am looking to see how those of you with equally busy lives manage to fit in your exercise xxx

I'd like to do more, but only go when dd takes me. If she lived nearer I'd go most days but I don't.

I don't have time to fit in classes now my dc's are older and have busy lives so I walk everywhere, as fast as I can and average about 3 miles a day.

I also try to work in activities around what the kids are doing. So swimming twice a week while they are at clubs at the same leisure centre. I also use the 7min app daily at home if I can.
