What's your Running Age Grade Time?

I imagine all the MN runners are really fit & fast....

I'm about Age Grade 48% on this chart. Which astonishes me, coz I thought I was a world record tortoise!! How about you?

I'm a bit sceptical of this to be honest. It suggests there are an awful lot of incredibly fast runners!

65%. I'm aiming for 70% by the end of the summer, which is a rather large leap.

Eyespy24 Age grading doesn't say anything about the number of fast people in any of the groups. A 75% age grading doesn't say you're faster than 75% of the population, it just says you can complete the distance at 75% of the speed of the fastest ever by someone your age (as at the date they set them, so people have scored over 100%).

At parkrun I average around 55%
Yesterday I got 56% and my fastest ever 5k would take me to about 58%
