Seen her on Instagram, she is absolutely gorgeous with an insane body

All her sample stories are amazing transitions, include mums and older ladies as well as young

Has anyone done it?

I've bought it but only just started the pre training. It's knackering and I ache the next day so hopefully it'll work.

A lot of people seem to have had good results with it on Instagram.

Ooh did you - when you say "pre training" how long is that phase?

Did you buy it on ebay or the $120 dollar option?

hi! i bought it in jan, she did a deal and i had been thinking about getting it for ages so i thought why not... tried it straight away but overdid it and actually ended up not even being able to even sit/stand without being in great pain for about a week.... (& that was only the pre-trainingConfused) my fault, bit too enthusiastic after over indulging at xmas!
i believe it works tho! before and after pics are amazing, its so intense and im going to give it another go from monday, ive been a bit side tracked as we have moved house but i get married this summer and i NEED to start doing something now! i also got her eating plan but havent really looked at that either yet! god i sound like such a loser Blush lol

The pre training lasts for 4 weeks, I can't do one full push up so need to ease my way in.

I bought it off her website, only the exercise guide though. I try and eat healthily most of the time, I just need to tone up.

Should we all start from day one on Monday? I don't mind going back to the beginning.

I'm planning on alternating it with running. So plan mon, wed, fri and run tue, thurs, sat then Sundays off.

I'm finishing week 6 today. Not much of a transformation if I'm honest, but I exercise lots anyway!

The only exercise I currently do is running which has helped slim me down a bit.

queenbee I'll do weight/measurements first thing Monday to see if it makes any difference!
