High street running kit - any good?

Does anyone wear Primark or H&M running bottoms/tops? Are they any good? They look a bit boil-in-the-bag to me (I over heat easily), but wondered what others thought before I try them.

I wear both Primark and H&M and find them really pretty good. I'm the same with overheating and found Karrimor tops the worst for that - I honestly felt like I was wrapped in clingfilm when I was wearing those and ended up having to charity shop them. But have had no such problems with H&M and Primark and I like the fact they come in colours other than pink and a bit of interesting pattern sometimes.

I also got a bright citrussy yellow running top from Gap that I really like and a nice slightly looser grey running T-shirt from George at Asda, which so far has been great!

I have never worn running clothes from H&M or Primark, but a good cheap place for running clothes is TK Maxx. I've also gotten some nice discounted Under Armour tops from Costco.

Ooh, Costco. I hadn't thought of there. Ok, so sounds like they are worth trying, especially Primark given the price (am also thinking and pigs might fly that I may drop down a size pretty quickly, so don't want to splash out).

I liked the look of the H&M stuff. Good to know about Karrimore as they were on sale in Sports Direct and I was nearly tempted.

i have primark tops and bottoms, i find them better than my nike stuff, tbh my sports bra is from primark and find it much better than my shockwave one

My H and M running top is one of my favourites. I'm really fussy about tights though and I've found a lot of my cheaper pairs fall down (so irritating!) so I look out for bargains in the sale of ronhill/nike stuff.

I'm in the market for a new sports bra at the moment - finding it hard to find a middle ground between very pricey or cheap and flimsy looking!
