For March:

Run 50km (road running, just getting back to it)
Have a gait analysis performed
Buy new trainers
Master the yoga headstand

What are yours?

really I just want to keep on keepin' on Wink

I can do the yoga headstand but I find it very unpleasant (hence it's not a part of my regular practice) guess I must be doing it wrong Blush

good luck with yours Chunder :)

...oh yes, run a teeny bit faster and/or a teeny bit further, I'd be happy with either :o
I think I can maybe manage 200 miles/321km this month, but I'm not going to push if it things dont feel right

chundercatsarego · 10/03/2015 21:02

Wow, 200 miles is insane! I am just getting back into it all, had surgery a few weeks ago so thought 50km a nice achievable round number Grin

Not that insane if you're a fan of long slow runs, but I agree best to set an achievable goal if you're coming back from recent surgery :)

I've just started running 6 weeks ago. My goals are to run a sub 30 minute 5k and to up my mileage to 5 miles in one go (currently doing just under4). All my miles under ten minutes would also be nice Smile

Some form of exercise every day - 10k steps, Ariel silks, running, swimming, weight training.

Drop four lbs.

No artificial sweetend drinks.

Some form of green veg every day.

No iphone or ipad in the bedroom.

100 miles of running.

Don't swerve the threshold runs.

chundercatsarego · 12/03/2015 12:40

Well so far I have run 13.5km and have new trainers. Running home from work tonight which will take me to 27km so will be over half way there by end of the day....now to master the headstand!

How is everyone else doing?
