Just that really! Every muscle in my body is screaming. I have a pretty active job and I am worried that if I do day four tomorrow my work day will be horrendous and I will end up crying in the toilets at lunchtime. How far through so you have to get before your muscles stop screaming at you afterwards or is this is for the next month?

I was very new to exercise when I first did Shred and the next day every muscle was agony. Couldn't walk downstairs and groaned when sitting or standing, or just breathing, for the next couple of days. But I don't remember it hurting after that, even going up the levels. I did push through and did it even when sore, but that was probably daft. If you're in agony have a day or two off, I'd go for a walk instead.

Yes, it really does get better.

Then you go onto week 2. Grin

Seriously, if it's really bad take a day off exercising. You don't have to do it every day.

I love Shred - haven't doneit for a while. When you have completed the Shred get hold of Ripped in 30. That's just as good.

Or Killer Buns and Thighs. Now THAT one hurts.

Keep at it - it will be worth it.

I'm on level 2, day 4. I've had some breaks for illness and the odd day off when I've been too busy. I stopped having the agonising pain 4 or 5 days into level 1 and now just get the pleasing ache. Take a day off. And some nurofen!
