What would be your must haves?

Are you a complete beginner? If so I would say a mat (£10), 2 x 2kg hand weights (£10), and maybe a DVD (£13) to work along to and give you inspiration, although there's plenty on Youtube. Some trainers if you're going to be jumping around but don't have to be expensive ones, just not converse type with no support.

That's what I started with anyway. I didn't buy any special clothes, just vest and shorts or comfy joggers, I have even done it in my underwear, no-one can see me with the blinds drawn!

If you are only going to be home exercising, I guess I'd look to add some heavier weights at some point, and maybe one of those inflatable gym balls maybe, to give some variety to your routines.

Good luck!
