30 day shred or davina?

I've started doing some exercise for the first time in a long time. I've done really well on c25k but now want to add in a little something extra for when I can't get out to run.
Which of the shred/ davina DVDs would you recommend? More for toning and to continue the cardio. Thanks.

I'll be annoying and say both (I get bored doing the same one everyday). I like the new Davina 7 Minute Fit but find the previous one, Fit in 15, to be more challenging for the cardio. I think Shred is better for toning and Levels 1 and 2 are on youtube, but overall I prefer fitnessblender.com, lots of free strength workouts there.

Ooh I've done the Shred and just started Davina. I am far less fit now than when I shredded so Davina suits me. Although I have muscle soreness after the first session, it seems to be easier on my joints than the Shred.

So I'm starting with Davina, moving to Shred and then with all the good intentions in the world going to move to Insanity or Crossfit or something.

I have both the 30 Day Shred and Davina Fit. Also have Ripped in 30, Killler Bums ad Thighs and an old Turbo Jam dvd.

I like to mix them up - as it does get boring after a while doing the same moves.

I wold have said before doing them, that the Jillian workouts are more taxing than Davina - but not always the case.

Also can find others on you tube - Denise Austen - her voice is a bit annoying, but there are some good workouts - a little tamer effort wise I would say.

Don't just stick to one - you'll get bored.

Another vote for fitness blender though I do love the shred every now and again.
