Hi, I've been running for a few months now and am loving it
I try and go 3 times a week and have lost weight and really toned up. I'm happy with the weight I'm at now and even though my stomach has flattened lots it still seems to have that mumness to it and is still a bit wobbly.
So what stomach exercise would be best to do to firm it up and should I do them the same days as running in on non run days.
